Vegetarian. Served on a crispy flour tortilla shell, filled with beans or rice, grilled vegetables, yellow, red, and green bell peppers, mushrooms, squash, zucchini, onions, and tomatoes, topped with fresh lettuce, guacamole, shredded cheese, pico de gallo and sour cream.
